In the Flow
October 2026 | Issue 10
Hello from all of us at The Well!
October has arrived, and with it comes that unmistakable shift in the season. The light changes, the air gets cooler, and the world around us begins to slow down and turn inward. After the fullness and outward energy of summer, autumn offers a different invitation: to notice what we need, to make a little more space, and to settle into a rhythm that feels nourishing.
At The Well, we’re embracing that seasonal shift in all kinds of ways this month—from movement and strength to dance, energy work, sound, and community. There are plenty of opportunities to keep moving and connecting, while also creating space to pause, breathe, and listen inward.
Making Space
There is something beautiful about the way autumn reminds us that we don’t have to keep everything.
Trees let go without apology. Gardens quiet down. The days gradually ask us to slow our pace and pay attention to what is here, rather than constantly reaching toward what comes next.
We can practice that, too.
Maybe making space looks like leaving a little room in your calendar. Maybe it’s saying no to something that no longer feels right, clearing a corner of your home, taking a walk without your phone, or simply giving yourself ten quiet minutes before moving on to the next thing.
Making space doesn’t necessarily mean doing less. Sometimes it means creating enough room to actually notice what is already here.
As the season changes, we’re inviting you to ask:
What would I like to make more room for this fall?
And perhaps just as importantly: What am I ready to let go of?
What’s Happening at The Well
Whether you’re looking to get back into a regular routine, try something completely new, or simply find a reason to step through our doors again, there’s plenty happening at The Well this fall.

Try this Simple Autumn Pause:
Find a comfortable place to sit. Put both feet on the floor and take three slow breaths.
On the first breath, notice what you’re carrying.
On the second, ask yourself: What can I soften?
On the third, ask: What would I like to make more room for?
Don’t worry about coming up with an answer. Just notice what arises.
Then carry on with your day.
