Move With Us…

I like to describe my style of teaching as light-hearted, friendly, and supportive. I give lots of cues and suggestions and I do my best to intuitively offer a class that is tailored to those in the room with me. My goal is to help you remember (or realize for the first time!) how strong & capable you are, AND, how worthy you are of your own time. I’ll help you move your body, and you might feel emotionally ‘moved’ as well. For more about Jenny and to sign up for her classes/book a Reiki session, click here.

I consider myself a devout student of the human body, not just the physical but emotional and energetic bodies as well. I am always learning new things and love incorporating different modalities into my classes which follow the “LYT” yoga PT-developed format. My goal is that you will leave class feeling more empowered and free in your vessel through intentional movement and breath. For more about Ann and to sign up for her classes, click here.

As a long time student of yoga, I continue to be amazed at the impact this ancient practice has on all aspects of my life. In class we will work on the brain-breath-body connection following the LYT yoga method with a sprinkling of other styles mixed in. My goal is to meet people where they are in their practice and help them feel good in their skin, no matter what phase of life they are in. My classes are free to hospice volunteers. Haley’s classes will be on Tuesdays at 5:30PM, by-donation. For more info about Haley and to sign up for her classes, please email her at hablaja1@yahoo.com.

I am a dedicated yoga teacher and breathwork practitioner with a passion for empowering others. I’m 200RYT certified, and I blend my love of yoga with my commitment to helping others find balance and transformation. With years of experience teaching in Los Angeles, Sequim, and Port Angeles, I’m known for my inspiring classes and my ability to create a supportive and welcoming environment. I discovered Anusara Yoga in 2005 and quickly fell in love with its alignment-based approach. Since then, I’ve deepened my practice through additional training in breathwork and yoga teacher education. My classes are designed to empower students to connect with their bodies, minds, and spirits. For more about Nadine and to sign up for her classes, click here.

Yoga can work for everybody! Let go of any preconceived ideas about how you “should” be, show up and let this practice give you space to tune into your true self. I enjoy finding interesting ways to move that can build strength and flexibility that can go far beyond a yoga mat. My classes are flow based, moving from pose to pose with careful intention and breath. I have been teaching dance classes for decades and yoga since 2020 but I am a forever student. Nina has been practicing yoga since 2015 and recently completed her 200 hr teacher training in Quito, Ecuador. She is inspired by her teachers here and abroad to share her practice and encourage people to connect to the divine energy within themselves. She has been living in Port Angeles since 2016, exploring both the forests and sea, and runs a small business leading hikes and beginner backpacking trips. I am a licensed occupational therapist, yoga teacher, facilitator, and avid explorer of the mind-body-spirit connection. My mission is to help people (re)connect to their bodies and mother nature to live more aligned lives. I have been a student of various yoga styles for over a decade and have been teaching and sharing the practice with others for 7 years. My classes weave together hatha yoga, somatics, mindfulness, and trauma-informed facilitation to create movement experiences that guide people to embody their most authentic and expansive Self. Yoga has been a source of healing and renewal for me ever since I first stepped onto the mat in college. Over the years, I’ve experienced firsthand the many benefits yoga can bring—strength, balance, and a sense of calm—and I’m passionate about sharing those gifts with others. My teaching style is well-balanced and welcoming. I guide flow-based classes designed to build strength, mobility, and flexibility while also calming the nervous system. Each class is infused with positivity and inclusivity, so everyone can feel supported and at ease. I believe yoga is for every body, and I look forward to welcoming you to class and exploring the practice together. To learn more about Celeste and to sign up for her classes click here.,

With over 35 years of experience as a certified counselor specializing in addictions, grief, and trauma, as well as an EFT practitioner and lifestyle and fitness coach, I empower people to discover their true potential. My mission is to help you reclaim your voice by giving voice to the unvoiced parts of yourself, empty what is full and fill what is empty as you courageously listen inward by weaving together the truth of your heart and the power of your inner wisdom through the medicine of movement, sound and breath. I know how much courage it takes to show up for yourself, to be a stranger in the room, hoping to be welcomed, acknowledged, seen, heard, perhaps for the first time. I wholeheartedly believe that everyone deserves and is capable of the gift of healing and that even our deepest wounds can be healed and transformed through the power of your mind, body and spirit. I have served as a registered nurse for over 15 years, specializing in geriatric and hospice care. Witnessing the profound cycle of life influences my passion towards promoting holistic health and empowering others in finding their hidden strength and self-healing abilities. Combining scientific research along with intuition and experiential wisdom, I teach about the human energy field, as well as why accepting it as a part of our human body naturally welcomes a holistic mindset and lifestyle. I have a deep love of teaching the traditional Usui Reiki Healing System modality, as a simple, yet effective tool that helps to mend and restore the energy field. I enjoy collaborating with groups and with individuals, also offering private Reiki sessions, wellness coaching and end-of-life doula support.

I am a certified coach, consultant, facilitator, writer, and dancer committed to shaping a more liberated and loving world. At the heart of my work is the connection between the inner and outer landscape—a theme woven through my writing, somatic practices, and my business, Conduit Coaching. At The Well, I’m thrilled to guide a practice that weaves somatics, dance, and gentle movement with the rhythm of the seasons—offering a ritual space that’s both rooted in my ancestral lineages, yet personal to each participant. I believe wholeheartedly in the medicine of movement and the body as the site of individual and collective healing. For more about Izzy and her offerings, click here.

I’m Travis, a creative and movement facilitator originally from Virginia, now rooted in the Pacific Northwest. My background is deeply connected to hip-hop culture, music, and community spaces, where movement is less about perfection and more about feeling, freedom, and self-expression.
I created Groove Therapy to offer a space where people can move freely, release stress, and reconnect with their bodies in a supportive, judgment-free environment. My goal is to help people feel more present, confident, and energized—both on and off the dance floor. To connect with Travis you can email him at travisbrownva@gmail.com. I am a certified Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapist, Licensed Massage Therapist, Yoga instructor and a dedicated student of Life. I am deeply committed to the study and practice of old Wisdom traditions, with emphasis on the practice of Yoga. I enjoy teaching flow-style Asana classes that weave together breath work and short meditations. My approach to Yoga is humble and holistic, with the belief that Yoga is a posture of the Heart and a continual practice both on and off the mat. I feel gratitude to the Old teachers and to the many, many guides and mentors that have facilitated bringing Yoga to the Western world. I am honored and blessed to bring these postures and practices into a class form with the clear intention of building stronger, more resilient bodies and minds. Vinyasa yoga and the link between breath and movement is how I tune in with myself amidst the chaos of life. I taught Vinyasa and Restorative yoga in Portland, OR and look forward to participating in the yoga community on the Peninsula! I believe that by making time for yourself we become more connected to not only ourselves, but also our families and communities. My classes often run with themes of self-compassion and loving-kindness. I hope you leave my classes breathing a little deeper and moving a little freer. For more about Katie and to sign up for her classes, click here.

My classes are formed through a combination of my love for movement and my inclination for creativity and descriptive metaphor. Through the art of sequencing and verbal alignment cues my goal is to provide prompts for the development of whole body awareness so that students can grow a keen sensitivity to their individual needs and ultimately learn to move from a place of wisdom and confidence, both on and off the mat. My greatest love is guiding people in intelligent explorations of the mechanics and energy of their bodies in motion. My classes include grounding connection, sequential movement patterning, traditional yoga asanas, and exploration of different movement qualities as a language of expression. I aim to make movement exploration a physically, mentally, and emotionally healing process; to help people deepen kinesthetic intelligence and awareness; and to facilitate optimal moving and living in one’s body.
